A thickening machine, also known as a submerged soaking machine, is a device that uses a mesh belt to immerse products into a slurry, allowing the outer layer of the product to be coated with a layer of slurry. It is suitable for products such as meat, vegetables, seafood, etc. The product is clamped by upper and lower mesh belts, fully immersed in the slurry and fully wrapped in the slurry. The spacing between the upper and lower mesh belts can be adjusted, suitable for products of different specifications. The equipment adopts segmented transmission, which is divided into three sections. The advantage of segmented transmission is that even highly viscous slurry will not be carried out by the mesh belt, reducing the loss of slurry. The coating amount can be controlled by adjusting the air volume. Excess slurry can be blown away by the up and down air and left and right air. The ice water tank on the equipment can be added with ice water to maintain low-temperature sizing, effectively ensuring the quality of the slurry. The transmission speed of the conveyor belt is controlled by a frequency converter. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and can be easily disassembled without the need for tools. The equipment runs smoothly without any jamming, and is easy to clean. The product has a high slurry hanging rate and uniform slurry hanging.
