Equipment Introduction:

Square braised pot, automatic discharge, heats up faster than ordinary braised pot, can be cooked in ten minutes. Square braised pot is mostly used for boiling braised goods and can be equipped with a lifting basket for easy discharge. Square braised pot adopts honeycomb steam heating method, but it is not a pressure vessel, easy to operate, safe and convenient.

It can be customized according to needs. During the heating process, the temperature distribution inside the pot is relatively uniform, and the boiling state is better, which can produce larger boiling waves.

Equipment characteristics:

1. Due to its unique honeycomb structure, the square braised pot has a heat exchange efficiency 2-3 times higher than traditional jacketed pots.

2. Honeycomb is manufactured using specialized software designed grinding tools, and its structural and functional reliability is verified using a dedicated validation square pot.
