Its working principle is to move the material along the cylinder towards the outlet end through the rotational action of the stick and the existence of the lead angle, forming a spiral trajectory. During the movement of the material between the scraper and the sieve cylinder, it is scraped by centrifugal force, and the juice and meat parts are ground into a slurry, which enters the collector through the sieve holes, while the skin and seeds are discharged from the other end, achieving the separation effect. ‌
