Equipment Introduction:
Eddy current cleaning machine is a family of fruit and vegetable cleaning machines, which is particularly suitable for leafy vegetables, shredded vegetables, sliced vegetables, and diced fruits and vegetables. Whether it is whole vegetables, sliced vegetables, or shredded vegetables, the cleaning effect is greater than that of bubble cleaning machine. The principle of the equipment is to use clean water to form a vortex, so that the material is cleaned in the vortex of clean water. When the material is cleaned, it moves in a spiral motion together with the clean water in the cleaning tank. After cleaning, the material is pushed forward by the hydrodynamic force to the vibrating conveyor mechanism, and is sent out of the cleaning machine without the conveyor belt, so it will not damage the leafy vegetables, and the crushed vegetables will not stick to the conveyor belt.
This machine consists of a rack, a cleaning sink, a water pump, a water storage tank, a vibration conveying mechanism, an electrical control system, and control switches. The equipment is made of 304 stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant, rust proof, clean, hygienic and easy to clean. The cylinder body is made of high-strength SUS304 stainless steel plate that is seamlessly bent in three dimensions. The material is transported by high-frequency vibration drainage, using high-frequency micro vibration motors and imported high-frequency flexible springs. The circulating water tank is equipped with an automatic water replenishment device, which automatically replenishes water when the water level reaches the predetermined low liquid level, without the need for manual replenishment. Automatic water level regulation, centralized collection of impurities, automatic continuous filtration, and automatic collection of impurities. The use of water recycling effectively saves resources.
Working principle:
Utilize the eddy currents and bubbles generated by the equipment for flexible cleaning of the product without damaging the material. Use clean water to form a vortex and keep the material in the vortex clean water for cleaning. When the material is cleaned, it moves in a spiral motion together with the clean water in the cleaning tank. After cleaning, the material is pushed forward by hydrodynamic force to the vibrating conveyor mechanism and sent out of the cleaning machine.
Scope of application:
Suitable for cleaning leafy vegetables, root vegetables, and pickled fruits and vegetables, such as cabbage, lettuce, spinach, pickled radish, and cabbage. This machine is mainly used for cleaning and vibrating vegetables after cutting. It is particularly suitable for fruits and vegetables that have been shredded, cut into sections, and diced. Whether it is whole vegetables, sliced vegetables, or crushed vegetables, this cleaning method is not easy to stick to the mesh belt.
