1、 Precautions for using and operating a vegetable washing machine:

1. Before use, check whether the brush roller rotates flexibly, otherwise add lubricating oil to the bearing until it rotates flexibly.

2. When using, do not damage the motor and power cord, or let them get damp or wet to prevent leakage. To ensure safety, please ground the ground wire safely.

3. The amount of water used during use can be controlled by the degree of contamination of the raw materials.

4. After the machine runs stably, start feeding at a constant speed and do not start the motor after filling it with raw materials.

After washing the raw materials for 4-5 minutes, open the discharge door for discharge.

6. After use, clean the brush roller and stop the machine. Close the water pipe, wipe dry, and set aside for later use.

2、 Long term maintenance of vegetable washing machine:

1. The soil and other substances attached to each part should be washed clean with water and wiped dry with a cloth.

2. All debris and vegetable leaves attached to the rotating parts, belts, chains, etc. should be completely removed.

3. Each rotating part and friction active part should be fully oiled to prevent rusting.
